If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

Nautilus Deals provides a deal-monitoring and community subscription service for online resellers, including:

• Real-time monitors that scan major EU and UK marketplaces
• Discord-based alerts for detected opportunities
• Deal analysis with product and pricing context
• Guides, community support and expert assistance

Access to our services is provided through a paid subscription managed via Whop.

3. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date account information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not resell, redistribute, share or publicly disclose any content, alerts, guides or data received through our services
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt or circumvent our systems, monitors or security measures
• Not use our services to engage in illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity

4. Subscription, Free Trial and Payments

Access to our services requires an active subscription through Whop. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable subscription fees at the rates published on our website
• Maintain valid payment information with Whop
• Accept automatic monthly renewal until you cancel

New members may be eligible for a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will start automatically at the standard monthly rate.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Whop account, with no cancellation fees or lock-ins. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid, except where required by applicable law.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, without notice or refund, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Share, leak or resell content from our community
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity
• Fail to pay applicable subscription fees

7. Reseller Activity and Responsibility

Nautilus Deals provides information, tools and community access. Any purchase, resale or business decision you make based on the opportunities we surface is your sole responsibility. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws — including tax and consumer-protection regulations — in the jurisdictions where you operate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nautilus Deals is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Service interruptions, downtime or delays
• Loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities
• Third-party actions, decisions or outages (Discord, Whop, marketplaces, retailers)
• Errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any deal alert or analysis provided

9. Intellectual Property

All content, guides, monitors, alerts and materials provided through our services are the intellectual property of Nautilus Deals or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use them for personal reselling activity while your subscription is active.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any material changes will be notified through the website or our community. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Nautilus Deals operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
